"Do not use this specific agency location. I had been with them for around a year and I had to add/remove vehicles and they gave me the hardest time doing so each and every time. They charged me over $200 to add a vehicle when there in fact is NO charge to add a vehicle, why did they charge? I asked and they said I need to contact the billing department. Very rude, horrible customer service each and every time I contacted them and spoke with different representatives. 0/10 would not recommend."
